The Latin Grammy awards season is upon us, and we are still in lockdown. Especially in New York and New Jersey where a lot of hot artists and producers live.
Pre-CVD (my new name for it, social media hates it when you mention it for some reason. Probably since they are under fire for so much fake news and political ads. We should set new calendar eras to BCV and ACV), anyways - Pre-CVD, or BCV, latin music industry related pros might gather at fun events to schmooze and share for your consideration information on releases etc.
While we are not allowed to accept gifts, artists have found ways around the rule. Prince Royce gave us all copies of his album one year. I once got Rakhis in the mail, no joke! And no it didn't sway my vote.
What to do now that it is ACE (Post-CVD)? Same day flowers of course! Grocery delivery to someone's house is fun too, but who knows what people are letting themselves eat. Same day flower delivery works as a great reminder to someone that you exist, and lo and behold there is a note attached that says "Hi! When you get a chance please listen to my new album, it is up for an award that you just happen to vote on." Yeah, we get those all the time. NJ Flower Delivery is pretty great though.
So obviously I'm going to make a recommendation here for which service to use. However, it is going to be a recommendation you'd expect: new jersey flower delivery from Plant Shed. https://www.plantshed.com/flower-delivery-new-jersey
PlantShed is one of the largest family-owned plant and flower companies in the New York City area with 3 locations in Manhattan. Now they have what they call flower delivery new jersey, which is hand-delivered floral and botanical products in Bergen County, New Jersey.
If they were on the west coast, I would have used them to send same day flowers to Chris Cornell's funeral. So instead I post this very appropriate song you can listen to:
